Its not much at this point....
but it sure is going to keep me busy this winter. At this point it is stripped and going through the clean up phase. Its a 1948 and I think probably it has sat in a barn for the last 20 yrs or so until I stumbled across it. It started out as a military green so I assume it was used for military purposes at one time. Its going to be a very cool project and one that is very different for me. Forks are done, had to make a new headlight nacelle as the old one was rusted away. In this pic they are just in zinc primer to keep the rust at bay.

Hopefully my next assignment will get me someplace with a garage
Of course finding an old Harley in Japan isn't an easy task either - congrats on the find...I'll be eagerly awaiting updates :)

Spent a few hours prepping the frame last night. Frame looks awesome, no surprises. The engine is on its way so once I get that I can find a back wheel (still looking) and I can line it all up and fab some motor mounts. Things are plugging away slowly, it sure is a fun one to do.
