Retirement
Okay all you Arkansas folks,
I am about 93 days 13 hours and 59 minutes from retirement not that i'm counting or anything. convince me that Arkansas is the place that i want to retire. My wife and I have been looking at the Fayetteville area. Any better areas & why?

Where do ya live now ? Every place is the best, it's kinda like the other man's grass is always greener.

Boy you dont want to come to California, the taxes are high, the property is high, gas is high, everything is high. The weather is not bad of riding but everything else sucks.

that is why we are relocating everything here is skyrocketing. we live in a multi story home and want to down size but even with our home paid off we really could not afford to buy anything here,with out a huge payment. We also have lots of family in Texas and Oklahoma.
