Possible Dream Come True
In Southeast Georgia, looking at a automotive repair shop that the owner retired from and closed. My brother and I are looking into reopenning the shop. It is a very do-a-ble thing and would be a dream come true for me. I'll let ya'll know more as I do!!!! Keep your fingers crossed for me.

Be carefull what you wish for you might just get. If you do good luck to you. Remember what is meant for you will never go past you. If it doesn't look right don't take the leap. It's tough being self employed and I have much respect for those who are successful. Not trying to discourage just saying be cautious. Mutt

Sounds like a dream come true. Make sure the overhead is low and the location is prime before deciding. There are a lot of people who actually do better by working out of their homes instead.
