Next court, I presume Illinois Supreme, will throw it out. It's been tried before. 18 yr has no estate and the bitch can't go after the family, only the boy who probably had nothing more than an insurance policy on his life by the parents. Don't know who the woman's lawyer is but she/he is definitely a doochbag.
