tell us who you are
well I guess we're all new here,so lets get acquainted,shall we...well I've been on the hangout for two yrs so far,and this new change is a little weird,I feel like I'm starting up with a new group all together...anyway a little about meself...I'm 39yrs old,have three kids(teenagers) been ridin for about 20+ yrs,I've rode just about everything on two wheels,right now I'm on three,I have a VW trike that I have had to almost completly rebuild.I live in breckenridge, Texas and right now I work in a machine shop..I have painted and done fiberglass repair for the last 15 yrs,I got into custom paint about 3 yrs ago and I love it there is so much you can do with this stuff.right now I setting up a paint booth in my garage hoping to make a little money on the side...anyway I think my fingers are really tired,thats the most I've typed in a long time.so I'll close for now....tell us about yourselves (EVERYONE)

I've been a member at the "REAL" Bikershangout.com for a little while. I have remained a lurker for awhile because I didn't want anyone thinkin I was recruiting for other boards. But I will say that I liked this place allot when I joined and I look forward to seeing it get back to normal now that Chopper has taken back control. :amen:

Currently on dial up (via work, shhhhhh!, job takes me to places unpleasant to computing). Lurked for awhile in the 'old' version - but jumped in yesterday. 37; stable: '05 Wideglide (stock, little weak in the mids but happy with it) & '85 Virago (just can't kill that thing), been thru several others metric and HD; house/rides are in Southern Ca. Enjoyed reading the banter and stories from the previous thread. Chopper, et al, were you able to capture that data, and is it accessible, . . or are you starting completely clean? Hoped to tap into this as a source if I start upping the DWG. Of course EAYOR is always a pleasant reminder of where we came from, and why we (at least me) do what we do!

Well my name is Mike and I was the owner/founder of harleydavidsonbikers. When HDB went away Firedawgstew and myself opened VRMC as co founders. Chopper has ALWAYS offered support of HDB and VRMC and when I heard about his problem I came to return the favor.
Chopper is one great guy and I am here to help him! |
