Hello from the Windy City !
I just came across this site and had to sign up! where else can you speak your mind and nobody will throw a beer at you!!! i'm tired of ridden wet! Anyway this old fart of 53 just got a computer from his daughter for his 54 birthday, and since its raining here in the widy-city, i'd just thought i'd try it out. I've been riddin since i was 7 (mini bikes and swhinn sting rays with the angle iron bracket holding up the 5hp tecumshe motor hooked to a dryer belt turning the rear wheel) then about 11 motorcycles later still doing it. Often tell the younger-ones "I WANT TO RIDE TILL I DIE-BUT-DON'T WANT TO DIE ON A RIDE". those are my words of wisdom for the day. ride 2 bikes now, (no not at the same time!) a 96 honda shadow a.c.e. 1100cc. and a 2000 ultra classic my wife calls it the "Big Comfy Couch", I call it "The Black Pearl". well enough from me. OMG I couldn't take that, not the traffic! i'm out south, just off 80 and 57, in 2 minutes time i'm in forest preserves, back roads, (except for a recent housing boom) i don't have to put up with the stop lights and goofs that think thier in a go cart race! whats you ride of choice?
