I would like to thank Hoosier for pointing me in this direction. Seems that while I was looking for scooter related forums, this one didn't hit the radar ;-)

As you can tell from my handle, I'm just an old hippy that happens to love bikes. I've owned several since the age of 17 and currently have a `79 lowrider, and no, I bought it this way. Couldn't pass it up for the price and I've always wanted an older shovel.
I'm in SW Okla, married going on 23 years with 3 semi-grown kids and 5 grandkids. I was raised in the family business, a junk yard and learned to be a gearhead from the time I could pick up a wrench.

Oh,, my mistake, My dad always told me "You either work with your mind or you work with your back." After five hard years of work I got my degree and never looked back at the junk yard. Been working on and with computers for over 20 years but moved into the professional field in 2000. I've worked my way up to the position of Systems Admin but I've found that sometimes the brain powered job can be just as hard as the muscle powered job, you just come home cleaner at night. Sorry for the misdirection...

Hey, no problem. I put food on the table and pay the bills with one of those computer proefessional jobs too. Keeps my expensive habit going also...
