Colorado ???
Never been to Colorado know very little bout what to see where the best riding is,only got 6 days off figure with my wife on the back could get there and spend 2 days riding around.What's the best part of the state to hit? Don't have as many days for this as I'd like so staying on the East side of the state's probably best,if all the good stuff's further West might choose a different destination.

Lots of options. I lived there for 8 years and spent lots of time in the mts. Are you camping or hotel?

I forwarded a couple PMs I sent to Linda awhile back outlining some cool loops. Check em out. They were staying in Denver so those are tailored to that itinerary. A lot depends on your wants. Rustic, fancy, comfortable, cheap?

Nothing fancy,staying in motels cheap's ok this trip as long as they're clean and have a working shower we're good. Haven't run this idea past the Mrs yet

Like said lots to see,I've been through 4 times different routes each time and it was all good.
RMNP Rocky Mountain National Park (U.S. National Park Service) and BCNP Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park (U.S. National Park Service) as well as the Million Dollar Hwy Million Dollar Highway - US 550 - Silverton to Ouray were favorites.

Gold mining area of Colorado, Central City, Golden [home of Coors, free samples], Georgtown, Empire, Idaho Springs, Echo Lake, Empire all old gold mining towns. Neat area and good roads
