honda cb 750
here's a bike i picked up for $100. decided i was going to have some fun with it and chop / bob it. have sold a few parts off of it on ebay so i have got my initial investment back. i added 2 1/2" in the downtubes. extended the swingarm 4". made it a hardtail. made the oil tank, seat pan, reworked the stock handle bars. gona make the exhaust for it that will fill in the area under the swingarm. cant decide on what i am going to do for a tank yet. heres a pic, let me know what you think so far.

I don't know if you've ever owned one of these, or even ridden one.
Man, you're gonna have a freakin' blast. Had one in the early '70's. With very little invested, I had me a radical lil scoot. There's a big bore kit available too. I'm a Harley kind of guy, but not a Harley snob. Ya know, different strokes.... Hey, it's all about havin' fun. My next project will be another of these, or a 750 Bonnie.

Yep Those old CB750's would flat out run.......

I think the Honda CB750 is credited with being the first of the superbikes but I may be wrong. Some say it dethroned the Sportster.
