My thoughts and prayers got out to his family.For those of you who do not know. Doug Herbert is the driver of the Snap-On top fuel dragster.

Thoughts and prayers here too. I didn't know the guy and don't keep up on racing anymore but I feel for anyone who looses a child and two together makes it that much worse. I can only hope he has other children to help him (and his wife) through this.

I bought some parts for my boat from Doug Herbert racing this fall.
I also watch NHRA when I can,sad sad sad.
Having two boys of my own I couldn't imagine loosing both at once like that.

I've watched DH for years......
I can't imagine the pain he & his family are dealing with now.

I too don't know this person but I do know the pain. I lost my grandson on 12-2-06 to a truck accident. He was 17 and my wife and I raised him. He was our life. To loose two is two too many. My prayers for him and his family.

same here, do not know the family but know how rough it was almost losing 1 to medical malpractice. so i send condolences to the family and friends.
