Boyd Coddington
Since the untimely passing of Boyd Coddington, what is going to happen to his company and all his work, I really havent heard anything about what caused him to pass or whats the fate of his shop is or anything.

my guess is anything after his death wont be worth much. The business will go on but wont command the price of his customs.

I don't think Chip would do it. The value in the company was Boyd and his designs, other than that it's just a bunch of used machinery. The part of the company that would have any value after his passing is the wheels business, not the custom rod business. And he sold the wheels business a few years ago.

Larry had guys with the same vision and same down to earth mentality. Ill be as bold to say i didnt think his stuff was all that great, he introduced billet to the masses but he wasnt the first to build a 32 ford. i just know him from a wheel design and a zztop car. Also he was the designer, he still had monkeys assembling. If im paying shitloads of money for a boyd ciddington car he better be assembling it and chances are he aint doing that anymore so all thats left is monkeys.

WOW!! Something I know about...Boyd died because his liver was gone. He was sick at the Nationals in Louisville last year and was forced to leave before the end of the show. His wife *cough *cough, Jo is currently running things. Whomever stated he was an ass couldn't be more correct. He was in person exactly as he was on the show. I think she was worse than him.
In the pics my son is on the far right in the top one and left in the second. He has worked for "the man" for several years.
