How cold is too cold?
At what temperature do y'all stop riding for the season? Personally, I'll still go out riding, as long as the temps are above freezing and the roads are clear. I also try to get a ride in on New Year's day, regardless of the weather..... sometimes it's not a long ride, but it's still a ride. Howza'bout you guys?

Depends on the situation. If it's just a regular, wanna get out ride, I'll usually go as long as there isn't snow or road salt everywhere. If it's something major like the Dover Run, then I'll ride in most anything.

The bike is ready to go all year but as the temps drop the rides get shorter and shorter. I stop altogether when there's ice on the roads or a lot of road salt and sand then start again after a good spring rain washes that away. Below 40 degrees riding becomes really uncomfortable for long rides and I have some health issues so I have to be atleast a little carefull.

95 percent of my riding is at night ...40 deg is usually pretty cold with no sun..buy the time im coming back home its in the high 30,s...everywhere you go know ones out,,,im having my coffee alone saying,,,those pussys staying home in a warm house I must be a stupid fuck

Been out several times with temps in the 20's, kinda cool, I try to ride at least once a month, unless there is ice, snow and salt everywhere

I used to work at a plant 25 miles away on the interstate, 37 was my cut off. Sure felt like Johnny Big Nuts pulling up at those temps. Just the dogs of war out.
Around here, typically once its below freezing, its icey and salt out. Have been lucking out with a winter rain and warmish day, last few years. I've thought about getting some kinda dual sport for the winter. Light weight, and don't worry about the chrome. Snowmobiles, are good for keeping your mind off it. Getting close to turning my heat on.
