I carry a Buck "Prince" daily. Use a Schrade "sharpfinger" fixed blade (older one, made in USA) for cleaning squirrels. Use a folding Buck "Hunter 110" and/or Buck Omni 12 pt. folding knife for cleaning deer.

I use a buck 110 for deer hunting too. I like a folder cause its easier to sit. I have carried fixed knives and they can be uncomfortable. Though I got as a gift a small fixed knife last year. Fixed does cleaner easier.
