| apple pie shine looking for someone from the Kentucky side to help make a wish come true. i sure wish i could get my hands on some of this shine y'all keep talkin 'bout. could someone hook a brother up.can't get nothing like that here in the Great Northwest  barter system works

| Between the gin, rum, bourbon, Polish grain alcohol, and apple pie, I was flat out wrecked the next day. One of the worse in a long time.

| One part Tennessee corn made with spring water 2 parts fresh apple squeezins [cider] little sugar, 1 stick of cinammon for each quart. Heaven in a jar

| I was making my Apple pie with 130 proof corn shine but started using 190 proof Everclear last year. Its just as good and its a bit stronger and cheaper to make. I can buy a bottle of 190 for around $7 or $8 here in KY. 1/2 Gallon of Apple Juice 1/2 Gallon of Apple Cider 1 Cup of light brown sugar 1 Cup of dark brown sugar 8 Cinnamon sticks 1 liter of 190 proof Everclear Put the apple juice and apple cider in a pot and get it hot. It doesn't have to be boiling. Add the brown sugar and the cinnamon sticks and keep it hot for 20 - 25 minutes. Turn the heat off and let it cool for a couple hours. After it gets to room temp add the Everclear. Stir it up and bottle immediately.
