Here's my prediction of the outcome...
The dumbass can't fix his bike because it is too fucked up. Then a lawyer calls him and tells him it ain't his fault because the NOS energy drink bottle looks too much like a real NOS bottle. Shithead sues the drink people and they settle out of court for an "undisclosed sum" and agrees to fix his bike. With all this extra cash burning a hole in his pocket, he buys a real NOS kit for his bike and promptly turns himself into a road stain, ends up on Rotten.com and is a newly-minted Darwin Award winner. Because of this, the Consumer Product Safety Commission thinks we are ALL stupid and not just him... The Warning Labels on all drinks are now bigger than the Product Logos.
