T.V. Show Question
My O.L. and me stumbled across a show called "Becker" w/Ted Danson a while back when channel surfing one night. I don't know who else has seen it but it's funny as shit, and I was never a big Danson fan.
I never saw it advertised or promoted in any way and don't have any idea why it didn't run longer. It's sure worth the watch in our book.

It used to be on CBS a few years back. Maybe two or three seasons. I liked it.

It was on for about 6 years. Funny show. Lots of re-runs being shown.
I think you can also watch old shows on the net somewhere.

Saw it a few times, but always working 2nd or 3rd shift, prime time tv I never saw. One show that I used to enjoy, but can not find any more is "Tour of Duty" Platoon of grunts in Nam starring Terrance Knox. So what are some of you favorites that are not on.

Tinman: yeah, I've seen that one. It was pretty funny! They showed the reruns all the time after the show was canceled and then they just upped and stopped. Of course, I'm sure if they advertised it better in the first place, they wouldn't have had to cancel it so soon!
SeaBee: I love ToD; one of my all-time favourite shows. I remember when that show first came on. Other kids would be sneaking around to watch the end of the hockey game or the start of The Tonight Show. Me? It was ToD. The History Channel brought it back a few years ago, but since it only ran for three seasons, even the reruns have a shelf life (for most people, anyway). Good thing they're on DVD!
