Even if he wasn't kicked out, it's unlikely he would've been chosen. I'm sure that the minute he walked in the courtroom, the prosecutor already decided that he'd use a peremptory challenge on the patch before he even sat down. 1%ers aren't known for being strong supporters of prosecuting attorneys.
All this did was give the HA a bit of free (and easy) press. They get the club name in the headlines without having done anything, or even accused of anything!
