Wife Got a Parking Ticket in a home depot Parking Lot??

Where is this world going, My wife got a F#@$ parking ticket on private property, Is this posssible or just a dumb cop? Her tire was on the parking line?? We have the dumbest cops here in jacksonville, Florida

Someone had to call and pitch a bitch. I'd take a copy of the ticket to the Manager of Home Depot and ask "Ever think you'll see me in here again"

Every once in a while they will run the Mall parking lot and bust people in the handicaped parking with no sticker, but that is state law.

Two words private property they will not write a ticket for a wreck on private property must have been an off duty guy and had to suck in his fat fucking gut to get in the car after eating donuts all day.

To fight ticket is more than ticket itself and the Mcmanager said there was nothing he could do? My wife has worked there for over 8 years?? and she parks way out if the top right of this picture under the green dot

I would call and talk to a Lt at that department and ask why the Donut eater was at HD anyways on not a Krippy Kream

Well, were gonna pay the F***** ticket because I dont think my wife would look good in jail. Can you just imagine what her cellmates would say? what cha in for dear? A f****** parking ticket. No F****** way in my world..

I'd call the cop house and ask if they are authorized to give tickets on private property. I'm sure each state is different - I know in VA they can't even go on private property unless they are invited by the owner or are chasing a crook. I called when a car was blocking mine (double parked) in a lot and they said there was nothing they could do.

Nothing they can do is the standard stupid cop reply and it applys to HD Mcmanagers also
