I agree with Lager......
I have built and worked on Harley's ('74,'80, evo), Indians, Triumphs and BSA's... An engine is only as the parts in it and if you can't assemble it right it's not going to last...... If they want to ban people from their board, fine.... Spread the word and pretty soon no one will buy their product or use their board... This guy sounds like a real Dickhead..... Just my opinion - Oh sorry...... Does this BAN me????

I just thought of something.
Magnasun Moss act is to protect consumers rights to warranty work provided aftermarket parts are of not the cause of warranty concern. It also protects consumers in that they are sold products that meet or exceed manufacturers quality specs.(i think...anyone a lawyer here?) If i remember correctly some people with oil consumption issue had a basic 1200 kit installed or cylinders machined to 1200. Besides all that, for those who drilled their cases for breathers or oil restrictors According to NRHS its the breather and/or oil system that is the concern...will they back that statement in court? Being an aftermarket company who says their kits dont cause consumption they can take the MOCO to court for not fixing the consumption problem that is affecting bikes with their kit. RIGHT??? I would be banned very fast from their section...LOL |

BTW, I agree with what has already been said, that you should forward that message from Dan to Bert. That's bullshit that he can block you or ban you for posting your experience....
Dan puts up with a lot of shit over there, but he shouldn't be allowed to do that crap. ![]() I've gotta get used to the emoticons over here...

Shit all the repaired stuff that he has done "at his costs" seem to be running fine at this point. That's another funny thing, sell bad shit and then fix it at your costs, he's still getting those guys to pay for the fixes. Don't even get me started on all the "breather" shit he sold to those guys and none of it worked and let's not forget the brilliant idea of restricting the oil to the upper end of the motor. Guys had their lifters draining down left and right but that was a solution that they offered.
