Supper tonite

I'm making stuffed peppers (green peppers, hamburger-egg-bread crumbs, seasoned tomato sauce), rice with rotel, and petit peas.

I'm a lazy cook,I'd use the same recipe for meatloaf then save some extra in the freezer for making stuffed peppers later on.

I like to cook, and do it often, but I am simple. I do lots of roasts, turkeys and hams. But nothing fancy. Sort of meat and potatoes. I like other stuff, just don't make it myself.

There's 3 things I'm a control freak about and insist on doing the cooking,I don't care about cooking anything else.

Omletts for breakfast and for dinner Cajun style blackened steak or BBQ Ribs.

Steak usually is a thick cut of meat that I can cook so it's charred and spicey on the outside and rare in the middle usually on a cast iron skillet.When I make ribs they come out with a BBQ sauce glaze that gives 'em a taste that mostly hot balanced with a little bit of smokey sweetness to 'em.

My omletts could have everything in 'em but the kitchen sink,never know what I'll throw in there.

Karen is incredible with slow cooker meals...

Roasts,country ribs etc...On the weekends she'll sometimes throw something together in the crock pot then we'll go out riding all day and come home to dinner ready to serve.
