Baking a meatloaf. If I could live my life again, I'd like to be a chef. Someone creative.

I'm watching "Road House", almost a story of my life. It's sad that a man has to every day prove that he is a man. I'm tired of fighting. Maybe it's time to roll over and get my belly rubbed like a dog. I think not!

Gotta admire ya Dar,your really going way out on a limb and takin' chances man,it's not every chef who chooses meatloaf for showcasin' culinary brilliance and creativity.

Sounds like you've done some good stuff in your life,no regrets.

There are lots of different ways to make meat loaf. LB made one for our HOG potluck dinner. Every one loved it. I'm making a spaghetti pie for our meeting Wednesday night.

what is this spaghetti pie you speak of? sounds like something i would like to build and try. love spaghetti and the OL makes a mean meat loaf

Mes, it's almost like lasagna. Very good

Dar - it's OK to make a meatloaf, but never, never, let your meat loaf.
