Out of Pocket
Well Brothers and Sisters, and my Darlin' Suzie, the Gods willin', a closing on the portion of the ranch I'm sellin' will take place at 10am this Friday. Hopefully the money of the sale will wire into my bank account by 2pm that day. Afterwhich I will become trailer trash. Rather than build a new house I will buy me a double wide. Already picked it out, customized it, and will order it as soon as the funds from the closing hit the bank account. About 8 weeks from now I'll be in my new home.

Was just wondering how that was going. Nothing wrong with a double wide. Some of them are pretty nice. You'll never be trailer trash sweetie. Time to start looking at hacks. Hopefully in about four weeks I'll be settled into LB's. Yes gang, we are going to cohabitat.
