Hellrazur is selling out
Hellrazur is too modest so he asked me to list his house for him
1. No runnin water 2. No bathroom [cause there's nor runnin water] bathroom's out back 3. No heat [He's keeping the pot bellied stove] 4. No kitchen [see item 3] 5. 2 room house with covered porch [can be used for the car but presently the scooter gets the piority] 6. 1st room is the living room, kids bedroom, shop, combo 7. 2nd room is the Master bedroom with door going out to the bathroom, dogs sleeping area, canned good storage, ice chest storage. 8. Covered porch has portable generator storage to run the refer, and TV 9. A cool 90 grand will get this fixer upper close to D.C. and Obama 10. HR is keeping the portable generator 11. Added note there is 1 60 watt light bulb in each room

Grew up in a house similar to that. The outhouse was about 50 feet from the house and next to the rabbit pens. Didn't have a doggy door but a piggy door so the pigs counld come in during the winter months to rest near the pot bellied stove. By the way our floor was dirt...Dad never got around to putting in a wood floor..............maybe why we were known as dirt poor. It was built near the top of a mountain.......understanding that the Blueridge are not exactly the Alps..................it was named Indian Mountain to be exact.
