Gettin the scooter ready
Well the scooter has had one bath already this spring and there is an accumulation of rain spots, little highway grit, grime and dust, I forego the washing and polishing as it does take away from ride time. Got the ole tool box out, rachets, sockets, screwdrivers, hex heads, allen wrenches and various other pieces to tighten up anything that is loose on the scooter. Go over every nut, bolt, hex head, allen head and various other stuff the holds or secures shit together. From the jugs down to the front forks and to the back tire I go, being a busy little biker dude checkings things out. Bottom end good.
Start at the top everything good except for 1 BOLT, WTF! the bolt in the rubber mount that goes thru into the head is MISSING. FUCK I've been riding all over hell's half acre, when did that get gone. Well not to be out done by a hunk of iron, I take the other side out and off to Lowe's I go, find the bolts and get 2 new ones and lock washers. Back to the scooter and little blue lock tite on each bolt and tightened the shit out of them bolts and lock washers. Oh yeah Jamman I checked the ground wire and its good!

I noticed today that I am missing the clutch adjustment plug on the primary case. I have new ones on order.

ahh my week end plan, check all fasteners, remove a wire tap in the riser can, solder a new connection for that fucking pink wire, insulate the fucking pink wire so it will quit grounding out. can ya tell I don't like pink wires.....?
got to get a air matress, and a bottle of the official drink of the BHO summer run. work monday and tuesday and I am done.....tgif.....

I still have to check the critical fasteners and change the primary fluid. I guess I can't put it off any longer.
