I believe that most of the folks that get RB are complaining that they take to long to get. I think they build to order and they don't hurry. So if you want a loud ass pipe that makes great power and have 4 months to wait to get it you have the right product. There are atleast ten people with them on XLF and each said they waited forever and when they asked about the order they did not get accurate information. Personally, I would look for a good used supertrapp on ebay and go with that. You can atleast tune away the noise if you become sensitive to loud.

the truth is RB pipes work how they claim.

i have a set of LSR's on my shovelhead and yes there was a long wait time since they just don't make many pipes for shovels, i knew this going in and i wasn't in that big of a hurry. i ordered mine through a shop in california and got them for about $90 cheaper than what the website list them for so a nice bonus for me.

the first set of pipes i recieved didn't fit like they should have next to the forward controls so i called them, they asked for pictures which i sent. after a day or so they called and said to send them back so they can test them. not long after that they made new ones then sent them to a shop they trust to make sure they fit on a shovel that shop had, after that shop inspected them they chromed them and sent to me.

in my estimation the customer service wasn't that bad, they handled the problem professionally and i got a damn nice pipe for less than retail.
