| Kutter Harley Davidson - Monroe WI These guys did a heck of a job getting Big Tom on the road when he broke down a few weeks ago. It's a small dealer, maybe that's what keeps them close to the customer. I thought they deserved some kudo's so I sent them an e-mail thanking them for their efforts. Amazingly I received a reply. I wanted to post it here. Dear Terry, We wanted to express our sincere thanks for your appreciation for our dealership. It is important to us as a dealership to be able to assist our customers as for without them we would not exist. We look forward to seeing you in the future in your travels. Thanks again. | Tom was nice to them because they were nice to him. I think he called or wrote Harley about them but I wanted to contact them directly.
