Good Business
Recently my bike fell off my motorcycle jack from 2 feet high. It did $2,000 in damage to the bike I have all the parts on order and I got some of them from a company called Scootworks.
I got a Windshield for the wifes bike and a new set of mirrors for mine. When the parts got here the shield was scratched and one of the mirrors had a defect in the chrome arm.
I wrote them an e-mail explaining the damage.
They called the next day and were really nice they said they were shipping me new replacements along with a return shipping for the damaged parts.
I have used them before and never had any trouble so I just thought I would let everyone know these people are great to do business with.
Oh yea I just got a conformation e-mail on the new shippment via FedEx....
