Wanted 1997 Sportster Front Wheel

I need a front wheel for my 97 sportster it has a 21 but I would also go with a 19 if the price is right.Mine rusted from the inside out and when I went to have a new tire they discovered it.Luckily it didnt come apart while riding.Anyway if you have one PM me so we can work out the details.

Thank God it didn't come apart while you were full blast up 56..... I'll keep an eye out for ya.........

Yeah I am lucky.I took it to the place down the road to have tire replaced and he called me today with the bad news.Stopped by on the way home to check it out and it had at least four places it had come apart.And I must say the guys there are very nice.But that is my daily transportation and now it is down.And new wheel is 350.00 which isnt in the budget!...lol

Man...wish I still had mine from my '99. I sold the 19" Spoked rim with new tire for $110.

Ha.. i just told him to check with you on the other site. Didnt Hoosier XL recently buy a complete frontend with wheel for his project> He might have one Craig...and of course theres always ebay ;)

Or it's a laced wheel, new hoops go for around $90 bucks and if your really adventurous you can lace it up yourself and true it or take it to be trued. The last one my buddy had laced and trued the guy charged him $85. That's cheaper then a whole new wheel. I am told lacing is easy if your not dipslepsic (spelling ?) but it ain't easy for me.

Sorry yes I got a wheel finally,well actually got two aluminum wheels for a hundred bucks.A19 inch front and 16 inch rear.I didnt really didnt need a rear wheel but for the price I couldnt pass it up.And I actually like the 19 inch front wheel better then the 21 I had on it before.
