chica frame chopper build

o.k. guys, here comes the stuff.. this is a chica frame.. i will explain detailed parts as we go.. these riser posts were designed to use the factory h.d. dog bone tops.. the post are custom cut by mute of dhc customs , out of stainless steel & polished.. the frt. & rear brakes sport 8 1/2 in. rotors, the frt. caliper mount is aluminum, custom cut, the rear is cut from stainless then polished..the calipers are both performance machine, the rear is an obsolete 2 piston ..

as we continue, these are the very custom cool looking rear fender supports.. also a pic. showing the mild gooseneck of this frame.. the gas tank is a stretched sporty version, with the mounts reworked for a cleaner mount & smooth finish product look.. the rear mounts for the fender supports on this frame are machined into the rear axle blocks for a flush mount inside fit, where no bolts show.. very trick, but took some time cutting the supports to fit just perfect.. the rear fender shown is a russ weinmont 9 in. fender..

oh, i'm not done yet lilbrudder.. the bars are drags with a 2 in. rise.. i tried plain drag bars, they did fit the way i wanted, plus they looked like every other springered chopper out there.. couldnt have that.. the frt. end is a black powdercoated, DNA springer, chrome rockers & springs in a 4 in. over.. when you see more pics. later on you'll know why the black..
