WI is more hug a thug. You have to remember the guy robbing the store with a shot gun, is a victim. Probably not his first time in trouble.

All we remember here is that the guy robbing the store is trying to take that which another person has worked hard for. For taking that, he may die.
I belong to the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association. We have special Rangers to hunt down cattle thieves. One man over the course of four years stole 450 head head of cattle and sold them to profit. He just got 99 years in prison with no parole. He's lucky as had he'd been caught stealing, he would have been killed or hung by the cattle owner, legally. Y'all can hug yer thugs all ya want. Texas has an express lane to the death chamber.
