Okay, that explains the forum trouble. Thought it was my computer. My computer has started to make a sound, as if there is a tinny sounding bee inside of it. It comes and goes. Any idea what it may be? It's a ShuttleX, about 7 years old.

The fan in the power supply is about the only moving part. There may be other fans though inside the case. You may have to open the case, start the computer and listen for the location to see which fan is making the noise. Could be a hard drive bearing which would be bad. I don't recall ever hearing one make a noise though.
