This explains Harleys loss in revenue this last 1/4, they were probably spending millions on lobbyist and bribes, to fights this.

Good on TN .. Lemon Laws ought to apply for every Vehicle .. Not sure how FL stands on this other than Cars and Trucks ..

It should put a fire under the ass of the dealers to get problems fixed. Though the brunt of it is on the company. Might help with them coming out with fixes quicker.

Bill extending 'lemon law' heads for governor Associated Press - March 1, 2010 6:55 PM ET NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - The House has approved a measure to include motorcycles in Tennessee's "lemon law" for defective vehicles and sent the measure for the governor's consideration. The measure sponsored by Republican Rep. Vince Dean of East Ridge was approved on a 96-0 vote on Monday. The companion bill previously gained unanimous approval in the Senate. The measure would give owners of new motorcycles the same rights as those who have cars and trucks that don't perform properly.
