Got no problems with emphasis on helmet use or the enforcement of driving under influence of alchol/drugs and or speeding. I don't feel these laws infringe on my "freedom" whatso ever. Proud Tennessee Hillbilly here

I wouldn't have a problem with dui/drug enforcement if they pulled everyone over. The helmet enforcement is LEOs looking to see if you have a helmet that meets the standards in your state.

Tennessee has a helmet law, wear the brain bucket and obey the traffic laws and you won't have a problem. Drink and ride and you'll have a problem. Tennesse even stops cages for speeding and DUI don't think they are singling anyone out. Just enforcing what they do have. Got no problem. Don't drink and drive or ride. Do ocassionally speed in the cage and the scooter. Get caught I pay the fine. Its that simple
